@ Mister Yse : merci l'amiiii !!! Je le trouve pas mal non plus, cependant, je note un problème d'échelle entre certains éléments, et comme c'est juste un dessin pour le plaisir, je vais me permettre de tricher un peu, et changer mes plans ! Ce qui aurait pu être une avenue, sur le bas de la perspective, deviendra une ruelle. Je pense aussi élargir certains blocs ! En revanche, je suis très content de la façon dont le personnage est sorti ! :)

To Jeff "The Master" Lafferty : thanks my friend ! :) I'm very happy with the way the character turned ! But, as I was saying above to my friend Ysope, I have mistaken the scale between some elements ! As it is a made-for-fun piece, I plan to cheat a little, and to transform what could have become an avenue into a simple lane, in the bottom part of the perspective. I will give an enlargement to some blocks too.

In general, I have noticed my tendancy to have my blocks and my streets, my avenues, too much confined ! It is probably due to my origins, in the sense that in my country, everything is smaller than in North America. So I think I draw automatically some narrow spaces, and barely high !

As you may remember, I travelled two times to Montreal, which is in the middle between a US city, and an european one, and my cities are often drawn like in that way, neither really high and broad, nor really low and narrow...

I love to think about these notions ! Art concepting and characterization are still the part of the job I prefer ! :)

@ Ysope encore : Jean-François, je sais que tu comprends l'anglais, mais comme je me sens bavard ce matin, je traduis ce que j'écris à Jeff.

J'ai rajouté que j'ai remarqué chez moi une tendance à dessiner des espaces relativement étroits, ce qui vient sans doute de mes origines puisque chez nous, tout est plus petits qu'en Amérique du Nord. Il n'est cependant pas rare que je dessine un entre-deux, à l'image de la Ville de Montréal où j'ai séjourné deux fois et que je connais très bien !

En tous cas, je m'éclate avec tout ce qui concerne la caractérisation, et la création de concept, parts du boulot qui demeurent mes préférées ! :)
